A research-informed program for Grades 4–9, offered in two five-session series, that develops practical skills for attention, emotional regulation, sound decision-making, relationships, and recovery.

A complete Fall experience built for practice, application, and growth.

Each 60-minute session combines concise teaching, age-responsive discussion, active practice, reflection, and mindfulness practices. Families may choose either five-session series or the complete Fall experience.

Each enrolled series combines LIVE instruction with parent guidance and a local opportunity to apply learning in another real-world setting.

Parent Support

One consultation per enrolled series

Families enrolling in both series receive two 20-minute parent consultations. Families enrolling in one series receive one consultation.

One local experience per enrolled series

Both-series enrollment includes two local Bay Area group experiences. Single-series enrollment includes one. Details will be shared with enrolled families.

Free Independent Program

Vibe Check: Mindful Moment

Vibe Check is a free, public online meditation community open to all school-aged students. Resilience Lab enrollment is not required.

A structured pathway for capable students—and students who need stronger support.

Students do not need to be struggling to benefit. The program is designed for families who want their child to build practical skills before demands intensify, strengthen an existing area of growth, or respond more effectively to challenges already showing up.

Submitting the form does not require payment or commit your family to enroll. After reviewing family responses, ThinkRoot will follow up with the proposed group, format, schedule, and enrollment steps.
